Children's Church

I was able to again work with a wonderful client out of Texas, Worlds of WOW.  They create fantastic interiors for children's church ministries all over the country.  Think Disney World. Sometimes they ask me to help with the design of the identity.  This can be challenging because these logos need to live in context of the fun interiors which are always illustrative and 3-dimensional... but they also have a life outside of the space on traditional things like cups, apparel embroidery and stationery.

Simple Ad Images

Here's a handful of fun images created for a new client, an ad agency in Milwaukee.  No details, but imagine some headline copy worked into the open space.  The smaller batch of images are for some quarter page ads.

Digital Lake Postcards

I have a friend.  His name is David Anderson and he's a character.  He runs a technology business west of the Twin Cities serving small businesses.  There is no one in this world like David.  He talks a million miles per hour and is the kindest man on the planet.

Like all small businesses, he needed to market himself with limited resources. Even an hour out of the city, his major competitor is Best Buy's Geek Squad.

To give him a unique and local brand, we created these postcards in a series of cards to come that capture David's crazy personality and services.

Baby Animals

Here's some images commissioned by a UK t-shirt company.  These are a lot of fun to work on.

Twins Mascot Trading Cards

Jon Erickson of Target's In-House Marketing created these fun trading cards for the Twins mascot campaign.  I was fortunate enough to be asked to draw the silly drawings on the back.  Fun!

Mad Men Season 6 Premiere

This isn't work related, but Leah and I enjoyed attending the Mad Men season 6 premiere at Jax Cafe in North East Minneapolis.  About 250 of us dressed up in 60's attire. I wore what I usually do to work so I felt right at home. (:
