A couple posts back, I showed you the packaging for a medical device client. Here's how I extended the brand to trade show panels.

Energized Icons
I just noticed I haven't posted these icons... which are still some of my favorites. I really enjoyed the energetic line quality. Thanks goes to John Eastman when he worked at BI Worldwide for commissioning these.

Medical Packaging
At a glance through the last several posts, you might think all I do is draw cartoons. Not true. Our office just received actual product of some medical device packaging. These contraptions are components that propel a powder hemostat into a surgical operation... usually an endoscopic surgery. The product is actually amazing.

Variety
I while back I showed you the winning mark for a children's ministry logo.
But I also wanted to show the other marks presented. Even though I like these marks, they didn't fit the environment of the space (think amusement park) like the above mark.

More Children's Church
Working with the same client, Worlds of Wow, here's a mark for another children's ministry. Like the other children's ministry marks, this logo primarily needs to fit the style of the interior build out created by WOW. The number one vehicle for the mark is signage inside the space. An additional challenge with this mark was incorporating some elements of the old logo. Notice the cross in the "K"... that along with a leadership change in the middle of the process (which set off a few extra rounds of changes) made this mark a little bit of a roller coaster. (:
Here I'm showing the final mark and the one color versions for apparel and promotional items.

Box Cover Designs for Group Publishing
I'm showing for the first time a couple box cover designs I created for Group Publishing's preschool curriculum kit. The first is the sketch and final art for a chapter focused on the friendship between David and Jonathan. I'm including a subsequent poster included in the kit.
Following Amigos, I was asked to create another cover design around the story of Elijah. We gave it an old school comic book look with large dots on old newsprint paper. Fun.

PR Policeman
I'm thankful to be working with a new client, CCC (Creative Communications Consultants, Mpls.) creating spot illustrations for their newsletter. Here's an image I created for their article on "Do's and Don'ts for Writing News Releases".
